Forms You Will Need To Complete

Our law firm will require that you provide several completed forms as we begin your representation. First, you must sign a retainer agreement, detailing our fee schedule. Second, you should fill out and interview sheet that includes data such as the length of your marriage, your children's name and ages, your employment history and your spouse's employment history. Finally, the court requires that you provide a financial affidavit, a comprehensive statement of your monthly expenses and monthly income.
