The Processor is responsible for managing files from title order through closing. The Processor opens the files, order the title examination, prepares the title commitment, assists with title curative, collects all relevant pre-closing documentation, receives the loan package from the lender, prepares the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, prepares closing documents, balances files, and assists with cutting checks. A processor must be an efficient multi-tasker with great time management and customer service skills.

Sales/Marketing Representative:

The Sales/Marketing Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining a client base of loan officers, real estate agents, and builders. The Sales/Marketing Representative reports directly to the District President and works in tandem with the District President to maintain existing client relationships and to building new client relationships.
