Dean joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 2005. Dean is a Partner in the firm as well as being;District President for the firm’s Ohio operations and the Senior Managing Attorney for the Cleveland Office. Dean focuses his practice on conventional residential and REO closings. Dean is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Land Title Association. Dean is the former President, Second Vice-President, and current Director-at-Large of the Northern Ohio Credit Association. Dean’s writings have been published in Title Topics, the Ohio Land Title Association’s publication, National Foreclosure Professional News magazine, REOMAC’s monthly newsletter, and in Servicing Management magazine. Dean regularly lectures about matters related to title insurance, foreclosure, collections, and ethics.
Dean attended college at Youngstown State University, and he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School.
