Bio: |
Barry King joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 1990. Barry is a Partner and Managing Attorney for the firm’s Smyrma office where he focuses his practice on REO closings and conventional residential closings. Prior to running the Lake Park office, Barry’s practice included real estate litigation, foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy law. Barry is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association; he is an Associate Member of the Cobb Board of Realtors.
Barry graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, and he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
In his spare time, Barry enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children. He also enjoys football, golf, all types of fishing, hunting, and camping, as well as reading about the American Civil War and traveling to Civil War historical sites and battlefields. For the last ten years he has been an adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America.
