In 1998, Howard Delashmit joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider. Howard is a Partner in the firm aswell as being the Senior Managing Attorney of the Cartersville Office where he focuses his practice on conventional residential closings. Howard is a member of Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association as well as the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia Bar. Previously, Howard was a licensed real estate associate in Georgia, and he served as General Counsel for a major Atlanta real estate company for nine years.
Howard earned a B.S. degree in business management with highest honors from Georgia Institute of Technology. Howard earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law where he was awarded the Emory University School of Law Distinguished Service Award.
Howard is very active in the local community. He has served as a Board Member of the American Heart Association Cobb Chapter, Board Member of Woodward Academy Alumni Association and member of Leadership Cobb.
On the weekends, Howard enjoys playing golf, coaching his son’s sports teams, and spending time in the mountains.
