Dean joined Morris|Schneider|Wittstadt in 2005. Dean is a Partner in the firm as well as being District President for the firm’s Ohio LandCastle Title operations and the Senior Managing Attorney for the Cleveland Office. He is also a Regional Partner overseeing the default operations for the states of Ohio, Indiana, and Delaware.

Dean focuses his practice on conventional residential and REO closings and foreclosures. Dean is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and REOMAC. Dean is licensed to practice law in all Ohio courts including the U.S. Federal District courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Claims. Dean was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1989.

Dean is the former President, Second Vice-President, and Director-at-Large of the Northern Ohio Credit Association. Dean’s writings have been published in Title Topics, the Ohio Land Title Association’s publication, National Foreclosure Professional News magazine, REOMAC’s monthly newsletters, and in Servicing Management magazine. Dean regularly lectures about matters related to title insurance, foreclosure, collections, professionalism, and ethics.

Dean attended college at Youngstown State University where he earned a degree in Industrial Marketing and he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School in 1989.
