Bio: |
Dan Caserto joined Morris|Hardwick|Schneider in 2003. Dan is Managing Attorney in the firm’s Grayson and Lawrenceville offices where he focuses his practice on new construction closings. Dan also assists builders with preparation of subdivision covenants and establishment of homeowners associations. Dan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of New York, Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association and Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia.
Daniel received his B. A. from Binghamton University and received his J.D. from the Buffalo School of Law.
Dan is a sports enthusiast and especially enjoys following Major League Baseball.
